CRAU?: Yes. Casey, having been born a true resident of the War Is Coming universe in Lawrence, Kansas 2014, had nowhere to be sent to when she was sucked into the past during some Seal shenanigans. So, she bounced around the multiverse and, after "Creepy Tree Town" with the other Lawrence Future Kids, she ultimately ended up in Cacophony with the other displaced of their universes. Casey began to call it the Island of Misfit Toys, albeit with affection.

HISTORY: Casey Kent was born to Darcy and Clark Kent in the spring of 2014 in Lawrence, Kansas, while the Apocalypse was still in full swing. She was neither a safe nor easy pregnancy for her mother, something which she and her father both feel guilty about to this day, even if Darcy had been aided with magic along the way to keep Casey from quite literally kicking her way right out of her mother's womb.

She grew up in the outskirts of Lawrence in the house on the edge of town that her parents owned. Casey spent most of her childhood sheltered from the dangers outside the front door, all the while being trained from the moment she could absorb the information because to leave the daughter of Superman untrained proved to be a destructive decision initially. Casey's strength meant that, even as a baby, she caused physical pain to others unintentionally. As a toddler, playing with her brothers often resulted in their injury, and, by the time Casey was ten, rough-housing with the twins usually ended in one or both of them being rushed to the emergency room or the medbay back at the Complex. That was when her father truly started her training more strictly and she was prohibited from flying until she was old enough to drive. Coincidentally — or perhaps not so much — that was also the year when Casey was allowed to fight the good fight beside her father, Uncle Kon, and her cousin Jacob.

Once the War was won and Lawrence calmed down, Casey was just shy of her nineteenth birthday. She and Jacob still oftentimes went with their fathers on perimeter checks and on patrols. The Apocalypse had been raging for so many years by then that very few of the residents in Lawrence fully trusted that it really had come to an end.

When Casey turned twenty, she graduated her two-year community college and began looking around the country for a four-year school to which she could transfer. A month turned into a few months, which melted into a year and Casey still hadn't decided where to go from there. Her brothers teased her about her indecision, but really, part of Casey just wasn't quite ready to thrust herself into the world at large because, in Lawrence, she was normal. Outside Lawrence, she would be a freak at best. She didn't have to suffer it for terribly long though because, in spite of the end of the Apocalypse, the Seal seemed not quite finished with the residents of Lawrence.

PERSONALITY/FIT: Casey is a nearly perfect blend of her mother and father. Having inherited Clark's penchant for being humble and a little more shy and awkward than the social butterfly attitude would suggest, Casey has a nice balance of seriousness to offset the bubbly extroverted nature passed down to her by Darcy.

Quick to trust and eager to please, Casey makes friends easily for someone as shy and awkward as she is, but she also has a tendency to find herself unintentionally ensnared in toxic relationships and sometimes finds it difficult to untangle herself from them because she wants very much to be ever the good friend, never mind her constant need to fix things...and people. She's not especially good at proactively making friends so much as she just connects with people very well when she gets to know them. Unfortunately, because she's so quick to trust and eager to please, Casey often misses little tells in a person that might alert her to the fact that they might not be a very good friend to have after all. It isn't that she's dumb, she's just idealistic and tries to see the best in people like her father always did.

Living in her father's shadow is difficult for Casey. She spends a lot of time trying to prove herself worthy of the Kent name and the unwanted title of Superman's Daughter. Being five years younger than her half-brothers Conner and Clark, she oftentimes felt lonely and, given her age difference from most of the other 'Lawrence future kids,' Casey struggles to ever truly feel like she fits in anywhere, no matter how hard she tries or how carefully she hides that fact from the rest of the world. She has a tendency to overcompensate by getting sometimes a little bit bossy or by flipping the switch from Casey to Supergirl so that she can feel a little better about going into business mode.

Casey is happiest when she's fighting the good fight or spending time with the people she loves, especially her older brothers — doubly so when wibbly-wobbly-timey-wimey makes them her younger brothers. She relaxes by flying, oftentimes still finding herself calling it 'going on patrol,' a term that has been obsolete for years, since the end of the Apocalypse in her late-teens. She's fiercely loyal and over-protective to the point of sometimes being a little obnoxious. It's maybe more obnoxious to the people who know her especially well because it's predictable, to boot.

She's been raised to believe that, in the absence of her father, it's Casey's responsibility to take a leadership role over other super-powered and supernatural characters, because she's so powerful. It's her job to make sure that they all protect people who can't protect themselves. None of that will change when she winds up in this game. That and she'll keep James in line. Trust her, y'all need someone to keep James in line. To her credit, in spite of her feeling obligated to take the leadership role, she does genuinely try to be a good and understanding leader when she does.

POWERS: Kryptonian umbrella
Super Strength: Casey's stronger than humans by exponential amounts. Her strength is increased to the point where she can move entire planets.
Flight: The character gained the power of true flight.
Super Speed: Casey can travel faster than light. She can cross our own solar system in minutes. She can also use this power to travel through time, although she doesn't know it yet. She can swim at speeds approaching Aquaman's speed as well as run at speeds similar to that of the Flash, but not faster; she'd never win a race against him.
Invulnerability: Casey is able to withstand an atomic explosion and even fly through the core of a star. She's also immune to non-Kryptonian diseases and all radiation except for that of a red sun or Kryptonite.
Vision: In addition to X-ray vision and heat vision, Casey also has telescopic and microscopic vision. She can see across interstellar distances and observe events that occurred on a microscopic and even atomic level. She can also see across the full electromagnetic spectrum, including infra-red and ultraviolet light.
Hearing: Casey can hear sound at almost any wavelength and at great distances.
Super Breath: Supergirl's breath is capable of freezing objects and generating hurricane-force winds. She can also hold her breath indefinitely, allowing her to travel underwater or in space without breathing apparatus.
Mental Powers: Casey possesses an eidetic memory. Under a yellow sun, a Kryptonian gains the ability to speak and understand all languages.
Super Ventriloquism: "Supergirl" can throw her voice across great distances. This power can be used to confuse enemies or protect her secret identity by tricking others into believing that she (or Casey Kent) is in a different location.
Stamina: Casey can survive indefinitely without food, water, or rest due to the yellow sun's radiation sustaining her.
Healing factor: Casey can regenerate physical damage to her body at an accelerated rate.
